We sat outside on my porch looking at the stars. It was 30 degrees out but we didn’t care. Together, in our minds, we were away from the world.

Today we met at our halfway point. I hadn’t seen him in so long, yet when we finally came face to face it was if time had never passed. We fell right back into our old routine, he kept a smile on my face the whole day by cracking his famous jokes and  I kept him laughing by being the insane dork I am. Our opportunities of seeing each other come only a couple times a year. Today didn’t last long but being with him made me the happiest I’ve been in a long time<3<3
